Spencer Ogden partnered with a leading energy company to support the Yamal LNG project, one of the most complex LNG operations ever undertaken. Situated above the Arctic Circle, the project required the construction of a shipping port, airport, and residential facilities. Spencer Ogden provided a comprehensive recruitment and mobilisation solution to meet the project's demanding requirements.

The client was working with 15 agencies across various locations, which led to difficulties managing the influx of prospective candidates. A streamlined solution was needed to handle the entire recruitment process, from CV submission and selection to offer management, payroll, and contractor mobilisation.
