Catherine joined Spencer Ogden in February 2020, bringing her extensive experience of working with a number of growing Private Equity portfolio companies with an international footprint.
Catherine trained as a Chartered Accountant at KPMG. Most recently she was Deputy CFO at Study Group, the international education provider. Prior to that she was at SHL, the talent management solutions business.
