Job Description:

The Site Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of safety on the construction site in Cartersville. This individual will work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
  • Provide safety training to employees and contractors
  • Investigate accidents and near misses
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate safety risks

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction safety management
  • OSHA 30 certification
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
