Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Senior Fabrication Supervisor to join our team in Belgium. As a Senior Fabrication Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the fabrication process, ensuring quality and efficiency in production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate fabrication activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed
- Train and mentor fabrication team members
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes
Required Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a fabrication environment
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes and equipment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
