Job Description:

As a Project Manager - IPP, you will act as a senior recruitment consultant, overseeing the entire project from start to finish. Your main responsibilities include:

Developing project plans and timelines
Leading and managing project teams
Monitoring project progress and ensuring deadlines are met
Identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the project
Communicating with stakeholders and clients to provide updates on project status
Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards
Managing project budgets and resources effectively

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IPP industry
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA preferred)
