Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Lead Cost Control Engineer to join our team in Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing cost control activities and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement cost control procedures and processes
Monitor project budgets and expenditures
Analyze cost data and prepare reports for management
Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend solutions
Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost control measures are implemented effectively
Provide guidance and training to junior cost control engineers

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost control for engineering projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in cost control software and tools
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
