Position: HR Business Partner
Overview
The role leads the Human Resources function across the organisation, driving alignment between people initiatives and business strategy. This position oversees full-spectrum HR operations and plays a key role in shaping organisational culture, performance, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources
- Drive the strategic HR agenda across business units in alignment with corporate goals.
- Develop and implement HR policies, frameworks, and processes that promote company culture, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including talent acquisition, payroll, employee relations, performance management, and learning & development.
- Lead the annual performance review, compensation review, and incentive processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and industry best practices.
- Advise senior management on people-related strategies and support organisational change initiatives.
- Mentor and develop the HR team to enhance capability and professional growth.
2. Administration
- Manage group-wide administrative functions including facilities management, vendor relations, procurement, and corporate services.
- Ensure operational efficiency in office management, documentation, and licensing requirements.
- Oversee internal communications and maintain consistent dissemination of company information.
3. Information Technology
- Supervise IT operations and infrastructure to ensure continuity, security, and efficiency.
- Coordinate with external service providers for system maintenance and enhancement.
- Enforce IT and cybersecurity policies, ensuring compliance with data protection standards.
- Support the company’s digital transformation roadmap and adopt technology solutions to improve business processes.
- Provide guidance and troubleshooting assistance for IT-related matters across departments.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in HR and administration, ideally within a group or multi-entity structure.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
- Demonstrated excellence in leadership, communication, and analytical thinking.
- Proven ability to deliver practical HR solutions that support business outcomes.
- Self-driven, organised, and credible professional with integrity, resilience, and strong ownership.
