Job Description:
As a Junior HSE in Kansas City, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the organization. You will work closely with the HSE team to develop and implement safety programs, conduct inspections, and investigate incidents. Additionally, you will provide training to employees on safety procedures and best practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in HSE or a related field
- Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
